The best pizza dough recipe I ever tried was one that I made in my bread maker. Most of the ingredients were just ordinary things you’d use to make any sort of dough. Beer and powered mild were the two unusual ingredients that made all the difference. The dough had such a rich and distinctive flavor that it immediately became a family favorite. Rolled out with some toppings and cheese and baked up to a crispy brown it is by far the best homemade pizza I ever made. Great for traditional pizza, but awesome with olive oil, tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella. Fantastic pizza, we love it!
